Anne Phung Nguyen

I am Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my incredible fiance JP and extremely happy Dad Henry. A lot of people know my username as @annephung on Instagram and I write about my adventures ranging from ups to the downs. At the age of 1 and a half years old My family and I moved to America. If it weren't because of the sacrifices made by my parents, I may not even be here today sharing this life with people like you. In the hope of having the best life possible, I wanted to do the best I could to please them. I determined to achieve my goals. My goal was to attend school to graduate, and then get an excellent job. Then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. While I believed this was the definition of success, life had different strategies. My corporate job in 2013 was a job I hated. Money and status were not what I needed to feel happy. I thought I was wasting away my life to earn a paycheck. My love of fitness and my passion for socializing with others led me to find my new calling as an instructor. This year I'll be celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I started my own business. It is rare to find Asian women working in this industry. My goal in this industry is to build a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle that can meet the demands of my clients. It is my goal for me to help others chase their dreams, and to lead the lives they've always wanted. While my career was taking flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. This loss is the most devastating of them all. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will always be in my heart and my mind. It is true that life has a way with giving us exactly what we need even if we are unable to grasp the lessons at the time. My loss has impacted my life in many different ways. It is my belief that my death provided me with the chance to start a new chapter. Her passing at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin with a fresh start. It was a second chance for me to live a full and happy life. The 30's are the only time I really feel that I'm alive. My life is shared with you in hopes that you'll be able to connect with my stories and thoughts so that you can be aware that you're not alone, for you to know that you are more than capable of whatever that you can imagine. that true love exists that therapy is normal and needed that health truly is your best source of wealth. It is my prayer that you experience life at your best and never have regrets about your final days. We are the only assurance in this life.
